Hello, my name is Victor. I am a lifelong resident of the Yuba/Sutter area. I am also a Sacramento State Alumni. I have a passion for helping people. As a consultant for American Dreamers Property Solutions; I have experienced a number of situations where homeowners didn’t know other options were available to them. We helped a Vietnam Veteran and his wife who thought they had to leave their home because the Sheriff Auction had been scheduled. With the knowledge and tools that we have, we were able to get them back in control of their situation and give them debt relief. I have helped clients get the profit they initially expected from the sale of their home. My goal is to find or craft a solution that is right for each individual situation, one that profits the homeowner first and everything else is secondary.
